Historical Note

The Century Club was founded in 1933 as a part of the Corvallis Chamber of Commerce in order to "support a strong OSU public relations program and to finance University projects for which no state funds are available." Projects funded have included special publications, OSU Band and Choralaires concerts off-campus, slide presentations, and aerial views of campus.
