Drop in to short peer-led meditation sessions this Sunday (12/8) and Monday (12/9) afternoon to try easy meditation practices and reduce your end-of-term stress. Sessions offered between 3:00-5:00 p.m.; each session will last approximately 15 minutes. All are welcome. No previous experience necessary.

All sessions take place in the Valley Library's Willamette West seminar room (third floor).
