Graphic design major looking for rewarding work on campus?

Graphic design interns work with library faculty and staff to design and produce a range of marketing materials that are highly visible within the Valley Library and beyond. Projects include posters, brochures, banners, annual reports, icons, digital displays for kiosks, and more. The graphic design interns have considerable responsibility for the projects that they're designing within the guidelines of OSU's branding.
Applicants for this position must be pursuing a Graphic Design major, have some previous graphic design experience, be familiar with basic graphic design principles, and be adept at using InDesign and related software within the Adobe Creative Suite. Applicants are expected to do quality design work within a reasonable amount of time, be responsible, reliable, communicate clearly with other library faculty and staff, and meet project deadlines.
Previous experience with OSU's brand and working with OSU's Printing and Mailing department is preferred. Skill with photography is desirable, especially with shooting informal portraits and the basics of using Photoshop.
