Equipment Return

Return equipment to a Library staff member. Please do not leave these on the desk as their replacement costs are much higher.

Highlight Submission Form

With this form you can submit a request to have a highlight image added to the lower-right column of the library home page. Highlights can be used to promote just about anything you can think of to visitors of the library site. Here are some examples:

First name and last name, please.
Highlight
The highlight graphic must be 270px wide and no more than 270px high. Typical size is 270x135px.
Files must be less than 2 MB.
Allowed file types: gif jpg jpeg png.
When a visitor clicks on the highlight image, what URL do you want them to visit?
What date do you want the highlight to start appearing on the home page?
What date do you want the highlight to stop appearing on the home page? No more than one year from the start date.
