Things to know

  • An ONID account is required to reserve a study room.
  • Rooms can be reserved for a maximum of 4 hours, based on availability. Rooms are not renewable.
  • Patrons must check in at the Borrowing and Information Desk to get a key card for their reserved room and are responsible for returning the key card to the Borrowing and Information Desk at the end of their reserved time.
  • Advance reservations are limited to one per person per day, and may be made up to 30 days in advance.
  • Advance reservations are not required, but are strongly recommended.
  • If the key card for a reserved room is not picked up within 15 minutes of the reservation’s start time, the reservation will be canceled.
  • Immediate-use reservations can be made at the Borrowing and Information Desk if rooms are available. Immediate-use reservations do not count against the daily limit for advance reservations.
  • Advanced reservations can be cancelled by clicking the link found in the reservation confirmation email or by contacting the Borrowing and Information Desk.
