The OSU Libraries is looking for faculty/instructors/research associates/assistants and students to participate in a study focused on how you find academic sources to help us make decisions about what library resources to invest in. Are you willing to give us a peek at your workflow? If so, choose and complete the research activity you prefer (or you may complete them both)

  1. Complete an online research log after working on academic source searching for a project you are currently engaged with for a total of 30 minutes, and/or;
  2. Zoom record your screen while working on academic source searching for a project you are currently engaged with for a total of 30 minutes.

Upon study activity completion, we will follow up with a short survey. The time investment for study participants will not exceed 60 minutes total for each activity and can be split up over several days.

It’s an all-win situation as you get some of your work done, and you help us out while doing it! As a thank you, we will give you a $30 gift certificate to one of several local food or coffee options for each study activity you participate in.
