  • Assisting patrons remotely via email and phone, and in person in the Special Collections and Archives Research Center (SCARC) Reading Room
  • Making archival collections accessible for research through physical processing and intellectual description
  • Assisting in the supervision of SCARC student workers, especially those who assist in providing patron services in the Reading Room
