From I-5
Cross the Willamette River Bridge onto Harrison Blvd.
Go 2 blocks and turn left (south) on 4th Street.
Turn right (west) on Western Blvd.
Turn right (north) on 15th Street.
Turn left (west) on Jefferson Way.
From 99W going south
99 south becomes 4th Street.
Turn right (west) on Western Blvd.
Turn right (north) on 15th Street.
Turn left (west) on Jefferson Way.
From 99W going north
99 north becomes 3rd Street.
Pass under the overpass and turn left (west) on Western Blvd.
Turn right (north) on 15th Street.
Turn left (west) on Jefferson Way.
From Hwy 34/Philomath Blvd going east
Turn left (north) on 15th Street.
Turn left (west) on Jefferson Way.
Parking
Coin-operated meter parking is available in the lot just west of the Valley Library. The meters have a 2-hour limit.
Temporary parking permits are available from Transit and Parking Services
Tours
Individuals wanting to tour the Valley Library are invited to take a self-guided tour. Copies of the tour brochure are available at the Information Desk on the main floor and Administration Office on the 4th floor.
